Yoga: Salt of the Earth

Located in the eastern part of Mauritius, SALT of Palmar is an adult-only haven that’s perfect for disconnecting and reconnecting with yourself. The Yoga Retreat Journey is designed to help you recharge your energy and realign your chakras. You’ll be guided by two renowned yoga instructors, Angelique and Aurelie, who will lead you through a series of practices that will leave you feeling revitalized and rejuvenated.

In addition to daily yoga practices, you can also try aerial yoga or floating on a board in the pool. SALT of Palmar’s goal is to inspire visitors by connecting them to locals and different destinations in Mauritius. You’ll also have the opportunity to experience a one-hour spa treatment at SALT Equilibrium.

The program is tailored to focus on the seven main chakras of the body, starting with the Root Chakra on Saturday, followed by the Sacral Chakra on Sunday, and the Solar Plexus Chakra on Monday. Tuesday’s practice will combine the Heart Chakra and Throat Chakra, while Wednesday will focus on the Third Eye Chakra and Crown Chakra. The week will culminate on Friday with a celebration of joy and gratitude.

At SALT of Palmar, the well-being of their visitors is of utmost importance. The hotel’s director, Raj Reedoy, emphasizes the need to combat stress and promote a healthy lifestyle through yoga. The Yoga Retreat Journey at SALT of Palmar is a transformative experience that will leave you feeling balanced, rejuvenated, and ready to take on the world.

SALT of Palmar is the perfect place to allow people to reconnect with themselves through yoga.
