An example being the use of by-products from the restaurant’s peelings and rinds to produce drinks and garnishes.
Belmond Cadogan Hotel Bees
Belmond Cadogan Hotel has a dedicated team who look after their bees within Cadogan Place Gardens. Recently they have collected honey which they will be selling to raise money for a chosen charity (The Children’s Literacy Charity) and also some will be used within a special cocktail at the bar for a limited period with proceeds also going towards charity too. As pollinators, bees play a part in every aspect of the ecosystem. They support the growth of trees, flowers, and other plants, which serve as food and shelter for creatures large and small. At Belmond Cadogan Hotel, they want to encourage these ecosystems and do what they can for the environment around us.
